To best of the breeder's knowledge, this puppy is in good health and free from any life threatening medical condition, as far as it appears to the eye at time of sale. Breeder's vet examines each puppy at birth, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks of age for growth progress and worms. Puppy is wormed with a vet approved wormer once a week by the breeder beginning at 2 weeks and continues until sale of puppy. The Buyer is required to take the puppy to the veterinarian of their choice, at their expense, within 48 hours of pick up. If the buyer does not do this, buyer accepts the puppy "as is" at time of sale.
No shots have been given by the breeder or the breeder’s vet if the puppy is younger than 8 weeks. If the puppy is 8 weeks or older then breeder has its vet administer the shot and will supply a record from the vet verifying the shot (s). It is the responsibility of the buyer to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian to have all immunizations that are required at no cost to the breeder. The new puppy should NOT be socialized outside of the family, until he/she has a series of puppy shots. This would include at least three shots to protect against disease.
If this puppy expires within 1 year due to any condition caused during the prenatal stage, buyer must have a licensed veterinarian saying it was definitely caused from the prenatal stage. The seller is to be notified within 48 hours and receive all veterinary verifying diagnosis certificates, lab results, health records. Breeder’s vet will confirm any and all submitted diagnosis/records. Once confirmation of all the diagnosis and records has been made and it is agreed by the breeder’s vet to be a prenatal related death, a full refund or replacement puppy will be made to the buyer. ANY life-threatening disorder must be verified, in writing, by a licensed veterinarian and presented to breeder within 48 hours of the vet check.
Ear mites, worms, pinched nostrils & hernias are not serious health problems if treated, and are not covered by this warranty. Any evidence of neglect or abuse will also void this contract. NO REFUND and NO REPLACEMENT due to neglect or abuse. Breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by his/her veterinarian prior to any adjustments.
An umbilical hernia is a most common type of hernia found in puppies. In the case of umbilical hernias, a portion of fat or internal organs protrudes through an incompletely closed umbilical ring. Umbilical hernias may be present at birth or may be acquired. The most common means of acquiring an umbilical hernia is a result of the umbilical cord being severed too close to the abdominal wall or the mother dog consistently gnawing and pulling on the cord. In most cases, umbilical hernias are small and reduce as the puppy grows. Generally, by the time the puppy is six months old the umbilical hernia will shrink and disappear on its own. This type of hernia is very common and usually not a health risk therefore, breeder is not responsible for an umbilical hernia that may exist or appear later on the puppy. It is the responsibility of the buyer for all cost involved with umbilical hernias.
Buyer has full responsibility of all cost related to this puppy and agrees to take good care of this puppy after sale. The breeder of this puppy is not responsible for any type of veterinarian bill or any costs incurred by this puppy after sale.
Breeder can not guarantee color or size of puppy at maturity. Breeder does not guarantee the puppy's adult size, color or conformation after sale.
